Limits to Posting in "Off Topic" Section?

I'm not sure if this is the right place to ask this but are there limits as to who can post in the "Off Topic" section of the forum? I seem to be able to post in any of the other areas but not that one for some reason.

There's a minimum post count before you can post in that section. I think it is 100 posts, but it might be 50.

Good to know! I'll keep an eye out for when I hit those thresholds. I've spent much more time lurking than posting haha. Thanks!

It is 100.  I'm also clearly more of a lurker.  Maybe I'll get there someday.
