You'd think so, but I haven't been actively looking. I wanted to give the job a fair shake, and do what I could to improve the situation. Then about 9-10 months in covid hit, and I was just thankful to still have a job since I knew so many that were "furloughed" or had significant reduction in hours and/or pay/benefits. I've made a lot of strides to get a lot of things on track here, but the culture is a big problem. I could downshift into a less stressful job (which pays less $), but it's hard to take your foot off the gas pedal when you're speeding towards FIRE.
