You'd think so, but I haven't been actively looking.  I wanted to give the job a fair shake, and do what I could to improve the situation.  Then about 9-10 months in covid hit, and I was just thankful to still have a job since I knew so many that were "furloughed" or had significant reduction in hours and/or pay/benefits.  I've made a lot of strides to get a lot of things on track here, but the culture is a big problem.  I could downshift into a less stressful job (which pays less $), but it's hard to take your foot off the gas pedal when you're speeding towards FIRE.

It's a highly personal decision, and everyone makes tradeoffs. But how fast do you want to speed towards FIRE, if it means staying in a workplace that puts its workers' health at risk like this?

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
