Does anyone here journal outside of the dedicated subforum? If so, do you do so online, offline (such as Word or One Note), or on paper?

I do a paper journal every morning when I wake up.  A quick 5 minutes to help get my mind set straight on the prior day and what I have coming up before going for a run. Great way to prep myself for whatever is coming my way.  I like the ability to look back through the paper copy and see how much stuff I wrote down over the course of a year.  Plus I find that if I don't practice writing often enough, my penmanship really starts to deteriorate quickly.
