Title: ISO: personal finance app that can handle/convert multiple currencies

I live in Europe but still do a lot of transacting in dollars and have a bank account here and in the US. Does anyone know of a good, free iPhone or Android app (or even desktop) for keeping track of personal finances, but that can also convert currencies, and if possible, even handle overseas accounts? I currently use Mint it's strictly limited to dollars and US banks, so I have to convert any expenses I do in Euros. Thank you in advance.
