ABLE Accounts
« on: March 08, 2016, 12:38:12 PM »
ABLE accounts allow people with disabilities to save without those savings disqualifying them from government programs with an assets test. To qualify, the disability must have started before age 26, and the individual must meet the Social Security definition of disability.

Does anyone have experience with ABLE savings accounts? It looks like a tremendously useful vehicle for Mustachians with disabilities who are trying to save for their future, but who also depend on benefit programs that penalize savings.
