Recent retiree and dedicated forum lurker, I've been interested in franchising lately, mainly due to my experience in realty networks based off the franchise system. I've been looking around and I am mainly interested in the franchises for estate agents
Just curious as to whether anyone has any advice for me? I've got the capital, experience and all the time in the world but is there anything else I need to look out for?
