Title: iPhone 4S-Safe to Update?

Hi everyone,
I have an iPhone 4S. I would like to keep the iPhone functional as long as possible. Apple has an iPhone update out (8.2). Will this kill my phone? I have 12.5 GB of memory in total and 3GB free. Thank you!

I'm in the same situation as you and recently updated. it seems to be working a bit better for me.
