Hey guys! This is just a stab in the dark, but I was hoping an Indy mustachian would see this who is or knows of a decent property inspector! Not looking for any discounts, just would rather start here than google.
Hubby got hired on by IMPD and I am still trying to convert him so I can grow more than my baby 'stache...In the meantime, he just signed a purchase agreement for a little place on the east side (not as sketchy as it sounds!). We are already renting the house, so time of day is completely flexible, but we only have 10 days to have it done.
