Where do you shop for auto and home insurance?

What websites do you use to shop insurance rates?  I plugged my info into Geico and was surprised to see a 60-40% discount based on what I am currently paying so now I want to play the field but don't really want to enter my info a dozen times.

Also, what do you think about dropping collision and comprehensive coverage?  I have a 2002 maxima that has 114k miles and while it's a fantastic car for me it's not worth a whole lot.  Having both comp and collision would cost me about 200/yr but since the car is only worth a couple grand it's tempting to skip the coverage.  However, if it were totaled on a deer I'd be kicking myself for missing a 2k payout for saving 200 bucks.  How do you guys decide when to drop coverage?

If you are driving a car, you must maintain collision, no? You can drop comprehensive since it is not worth much.

You must have liability but collision and comp are optional.  Collision covers your car when you are at fault and collide with another car.  Comp covers your car against animals, hail, and theft.
