Where to buy unsalted mixed nuts
« on: September 28, 2015, 03:45:53 PM »
Aloha! My wife and I were out shopping last night and she wanted to buy a bag of unsalted mixed nuts.  However, the price was ridiculous!!!  Does anyone have a source that is more affordable than the big box stores?  I've been looking on amazon and Kirkland brand seems to be the best deal going...

Hawaii might be tough, but what are the prices there? I pay $6/lb of almonds and $7/lb of cashews in Chicago at Trader Joe's.

Try www.tierrafarm.com - they're a family-owned business in upstate NY with supplier deals all over the world. If you ask, they can probably ship to Hawaii using USPS flat rate boxes to keep the shipping cost low.

Kirkland is the Costco brand.  Probably can get them cheaper by going there directly rather than buying on Amazon.

Ditto.
