Considering renting out my garage for extra income.
Please advise me the steps in doing so.
I see rents average 300-500 for a clean garage.
I don't use it currently but it's in the middle of my back yard so I'm concerned about privacy when I have friends and family over.
Should I check with my insurance company first?
I know that I'll need to draft a contract and get first months and security deposit.
Am I missing anything?
