I have sent in my refund at the beginning of March and when I go the site my refund is still being processed.
I have called the number they have and it is an automated service.
Does anyone know what number to call to talk to a person?

I'm assuming you mean the IRS?

Protip: Don't send in a refund and then ask for it back. Just keep the money. Less paperwork.

I have updated my withholdings to avoid getting a refund. I got married late in the year which is why I'm getting a substantial refund for 2013.

I was just giving you shit because you said you sent your refund in, instead of your return in.

From http://www.irs.gov/Refunds/2014-Tax-Season-Refund-Frequently-Asked-Questions
IRS representatives can only research the status of your return if it’s been 21 days or more since you filed electronically, more than six weeks since you mailed your paper return, or if Where’s My Refund? directs you to contact us. Our general telephone number is 1-800-829-1040. However, given our limited resources, our phone lines are going to be extremely busy this year – and there will frequently be extensive wait times.
