Title: How much impact does a UCC have on your credit utilization ratio?
Post by: Keyser_Soze on September 28, 2019, 02:02:42 PM
With this UCC there is no amount attached since it is a future share option with property as collateral.

My CC debt is currently zero, no car loan, mortgage $2129/mo is my only monthly.

I’ve read that UCC’s can actually increase your score (especially since my debt is down), but I don’t see any information on how UCC’s affect your credit utilization ratio?

If there’s no specific amount attached to the UCC, how can they determine what my utilization is at all?
