Title: How much car insurance should a mustachian carry?

In another thread, I was talking about how much insurance should cost.  I live in Texas and am curious what appropriate limits should be and the benefit of paying up for more?

Typically, insurance is quoted in 1,000s for the following:

Bodily injury liability for one person in an accident
Bodily injury liability for all people injured in an accident
Property damage liability for one accident

As an example, 50/100/50.

Thoughts?

I would suggest at least a $1MM umbrella policy and whatever the underlying policies are required to have by the umbrella provider.
