Title: How do you rotate a youtube video that is upside down?

Hey MMMer's, 

Teacher here, putting together video content for my students since COVID will result in many absences.  The video I created is upside down, and the youtube tutorials I've watched on how to fix this are not helping me. 

The tutorials tell me to go to "trim", then right click, then select "INSPECT".  The issue I have is that when I right click, the word "inspect" does not allow me to click on it to send me to the next step.


Any advice or links to tutorials that you know are current would be greatly appreciated.
