So we are living in Japan, and word on the street is that even after paying for shipping from here to the US, there is good money to be made importing and selling a used right hand drive Mini. Cars more than 25 years old appear to be fairly easy to import, as the restrictions on right hand drive, emissions, etc. don't really apply. I'm still researching that, but let's assume for the moment it really is that simple. I still need to run the numbers, but I'm having trouble finding values for ~30 year old right hand drive Minis. I don't know exactly what year/version/condition (but assume fairly good) I'd get as it will just depend on what's available, but if I knew what was worth more, I could narrow the search as long as it wasn't anything overly specific. But I want an approximate value so I know if it's worth getting serious about this. I've found a few websites, but values seem to be all over the place, and I need something fairly reliable or else this is too much of a gamble.
