Any of y'all in this general area and have an opinion?
I'm investing a ton of time educating myself as I seek ways to generate another $4,000 per month in cash flow over the next 10 years or so with a goal of owning 4+ properties in that time (not necessarily completely paid for but for sure paid for in 15 years).
Thoughts on the garland area?
