We have a plate of homemade vegetable maki in the fridge leftover from last night. No issues with food safety, but they just look a bit unappetising to be eaten as is. The nori is kinda mushy and the rice is kinda brick-like. I'd like to turn them into something else rather than throwing them away or suffering through eating them as they are, but I'm not sure what. I was thinking chopping them up and cooking them into a kind of egg fried rice thing...but does anyone have any other ideas?
