Title: how do i link words within a post?
Post by: nereo on May 21, 2015, 07:16:26 AM
I'm embarrassed to admit this, but I cannot figure out how to link certain words to a website within a post.
For instance, if I wanted to say "this forum isn't about extreme frugality" and link to MMM's post on this topic, I would simply put the URL at the end of the post using the "insert URL" button or html text (bracket, url, bracket.. URL.. bracket, slash, bracket).

A far more elegant way would be just link the words "extreme frugality" to the URL.  Saves text and improves readability.  I see other posters do this frequently... only I can't figure out how to do it.

help?
