Hi folks,
my lady and I are going on a trip to Florida (coming from Germany, plane touches down in Miami) for 10 days including the launch of an Delta 4 at Cape Canaveral on April 4th (hopefully so, as fas as rocket launches are plannable). Also looking forward to seeing Manatees and and wild beasts in the Everglades. It is a dream come true to finally visit the US and see a rocket launch live.
So far we thought about spending 2 or 3 days in Miami, go to Florida City next as a hub to visit the Keys and the Everglades national park and then drive up the east coast visiting maybe Fort Myers/Tampa on our way to Orlando / Cape Canaveral before heading back to Miami to catch the plane back to Europe.
Do you have any suggestions on how to keep it at least partially mustachian? What are the places we have to see in your opinion? This would be the biggest vacation for us so far, and we are quite inexperienced in travel hacking.
