How does that quote go about not having a plan then the probability of success borders on random?
Maybe not having a goal the the chance of getting there borders on random?
I'm mangling it and have no idea who to cite. DH thinks it come from a psychologist's talk as recently at 2012. But I swear I've heard versions of it long before that in the financial planning community.
