Title: Having Child, adjust w4 now or later?

Expecting a child later this year, should I go ahead an adjust my withholdings now since I'll get the credit for baby for all year, or am I incorrect with how that works?

I'd adjust it now. Otherwise you're giving the government a 0% loan.
