For just the bonus?  There are plenty right now.

https://www.creditcards.com/signup-bonuses/

Summary:  There are several offering $150 and $200 sign on bonuses.

Just for the ongoing cash back?  Depends on what you spend money on.

Citi DoubleCash is 2% everywhere.
Citi Costco card is 4% for gas, 3% for restaurants.
Uber card is 4% for restaurants.  (Also has a $150 sign on bonus)
American Express Blue Cash is 3% at grocery stores.  (Also has a $150 sign on bonus. There is a version that is 6%, but has an annual fee.)

Discover and Chase have cards that have 5% categories that change every quarter.

Chase Sapphire Preferred -- turn the points into $500+ cash.
Wells Fargo Propel -- $400
Capital One Savor -- $500

If you want to churn cards long-term, you'll need to pay attention to the rules. Chase has a strict 5/24 rule, Barclay's has a loose 5/24 rule, and Capital One is getting more strict. Bank of America is wising up as well.

Get a new card once/6 months and you'll be fine. If you have a spouse, he/she can do it as well. Your first year can be pretty profitable.

If you have a side hustle or some way to apply for a business card, then Chase Ink Business will give you $800 cash back (or $1000 in travel) for spending $5000 in the first 90 days.

You can try to apply with a social security number at the link below even if you don't have an EIN.

Bank of America is offering a $200 bonus for $1K spent within the first 90 days. I just opened one last week. You can change your 3% spending category.

Rule of thumb is don't waste your time or 5/24 slot for anything under $500.  Also with a little research or just ask a few general questions you will find that any credit card's point currency can be converted to CASH BACK very easily.  Too many people make the mistake of going for a $200 cash back card when they could have gotten a Barclay Arrival plus and cashed in the points for an easy $800 in cash back.....
