We have a Vanguard IRA that we will be doing a 60-day "tax-free rollover" on. I know the rules, and we're guaranteed to have the money back in the account within 60 days. We've never done one before and don't anticipate doing one again.
My question is logistical in nature: do I need to speak to a live person at Vanguard to do it / are there any special arrangements or notices required?
Or can I just withdraw the money online via the 'transfer money' tab? (And then do an online transfer of funds back into the account later on?)
