Excel Balance Sheet/Income Stmt for Personal Use?

Anyone have a template they use? I work as a financial analyst and think it would benefit both my career (in familiarity with the accounting) and also help me better track my net worth. I read someone discussing the balance sheet and thought I'd ask. I'd be very interested to see what/if any have templates they could pass along or recommend.

Links below may be helpful.  Other tools, e.g. Quicken, Mint, Future Advisor, Personal Capital, etc. are often used instead of spreadsheets to track net worth.
