EIUL (Equity Indexed Universal Life Insurance) does not show up in MMM search..
I'd like to see some discussion on this topic from this communities perspective.
Biggerpocket people really like the tax shelter aspect of it, what would MMM do?

BiggerPockets people don't understand investing beyond real estate.

I like Jeff Brown (BawldGuy), who writes about them a fair amount in their blog section.  Spoke with him on the phone last week, in fact.  But he's misguided about EIULs.

Life insurance and investment are separate products. Having someone sell you them together means you're getting sold on something.

You're paying someone else to invest your assets in an inferior way.  Buy term for your life insurance (or heck, even whole life), but put your investments in index funds or whatever you think they should be invested in.  But dumping them into a life insurance investment vehicle is a poor decision, IMO.  YMMV.
I am a former teacher who accumulated a bunch of real estate, retired at 29, spent some time traveling the world full time and am now settled with three kids.
