The most basic is 60 euro. What do you think? Is a candle powered heater worth it?

For 60 euro? This thing isn't efficient/ warm enough to heat an actual room. And candles aren't cheap.
Here's what you should do:

Go to a home/ garden store
Buy a terra cotta pot for plants
Bring it home
Put a candle under it

I have seen something similar as a DIY w/ a terra cotta pot and saucer - probably would set you back maybe $4 plus the cost of candles. I have a feeling they really don't heat very well - but I haven't personally tried it. No way would I spent $60 on that, however.

The candle is producing the same amount of heat whether it is under the ceramic egloo (or plant pot) or not.  All the egloo will do is change the rate of heat transfer, to slightly slow it down at first and slightly prolong the local effect after the candle has gone out.  If that is worth €60 to you, then go for it!   ...but you won't need to elbow me out of the way in the rush!

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
