I'm trying to find a thread I saw here in the past day or so.
I tried searching using both Google and the local search function and looking through the most recent 350 threads and I can't find it.
The thread was about studying abroad in Germany. The OP had done some sort of scholarship thing which covered costs from DC to Germany and a couple of side trips. It was open to students in their late teens I think. The OP mentioned one needed spending money of $200 - $300 per month.
Can anyone point me to the thread? It dawned on me tonight that my daughter might like to do this.
