Dollar Savings Direct? UFB Direct Elite Savings?

Anyone use Dollar Savings Direct or UFB Direct Elite Savings savings accounts? I'm thinking about opening an account for the 3% interest. Looking for thoughts or opinions. I have never heard of them before but found them here...

They have been around many years, Dollar Savings Direct is a legit bank.  One thing is once money is transferred it gets put on hold for 5 business days.  I think it earns interest, but 5 days is a long time, especially compared to banks like Ally.
