Does the 5/24 rule apply to Chase business cards?

Wondering if the 5/24 rule applies to Chase business cards, like this one:

Assume I'd be applying using my own social, and that I'm at 5/24 already.  Anyone know?

It's not supposed to. Just got mine the other week...was only at 4/24 though... It also is not supposed to count against your 5/24.

Another place to look if you really want to get into the asshole of 5/24 (and anything else travel related) if Flyer Talk Forums.  I know there is a very detailed thread of 5/24 but I couldn't quickly find it.
