Oh yeah, the size. That was a negative for me at first, because it's tall enough that it doesn't fit in any of my cabinets. But once I got in the habit of using it, it gets used several times per week, so, along with my BlendTec, it has earned a permanent spot on the counter.
The other negative is that the saute function is just OK. Since the pot is tall with straight sides, food tends to steam a bit, and it needs to be up on high to really get any decent browning. The bottom of the pot is slightly crowned, so oil you put in to brown foods tends to go to the edges of the pot. It's still a useful function, but it could be better.
