Use pure Lavender, Lemon and Peppermint oil.  I put two drops of all three in a small cup of water (like a shot of whiskey).  It helps with all allergies.  Please make sure it is quality oil not the ones you buy at Walmart.

Flonase/Claritin and, if you are up for it wear a face mask outside (disposable ones Asians wear) plus sun/glasses, and use an air purifier inside.  Cedar allergies are really common in Japan and this is what they do along with drinking a special kind of green tea (beni fuuki) that reduces histamine responses, using a neti pot and taking Quercetin.

I used to have allergies to foods and cedar amongst others. I went to doctors and allergists and tied alternative treatments.

In the end on the advice of a chiropractor I know, I treated myself for whats usually referred to as leaky gut syndrome. So I took top quality probiotics and cut out wheat and dairy. I drink lots of kombucha tea and eat fermented foods.

The allergies went away and was a few years ago now. I went from a daily anti histamine to not taking one for over a year or more now.

One thing I would say on this is you have to really go at it thoroughly. By that I mean you can't go and buy some of the cheap probiotics at the drug store that are mostly useless and think thats it.

Theres lots of scientific evidence to back this up to.

Not sure if this applies or is helpful in this situation, but have you tried local honey? I have read that this can serve as a natural sort of inoculation of sorts since the bees take in all the pollen.

Here is an article I just found that explains it better: http://www.nytimes.com/2010/04/12/opinion/l12allergy.html

Also, doing a daily or so nose wash is incredibly helpful for me. You can make your own solution using distilled water, baking soda, and salt. Clears out all the bad stuff.

Hope you find a solution.

Neti pot, Flonase, and Zyrtec (the generic equivalent from Walgreens or Costco.) When we lived in central Texas I had horrible "cedar fever" every year until I started this regimine.
