Only added prunes about a week ago. So they could be related to gas, but not the primary blame for "Bathroom WoesR." I have been consuming dates throughout Whole30, though. Have been trying to cut down the past few days in case they are culpable.
What kind of protein powder did your smoothie contain? (In the past, I have had bad experiences trying any with either whey or casein.) I do know there are some plant-based options available.
Definitely couldn't do cereal for breakfast, though oatmeal seemed to work OK (as far as blood sugar goes.)
