You can read the Bible.  The book of Proverbs is chock-full of wisdom on the topics of how to live and live with others.  Jesus said, Love God with all your heart, and love your neighbor as yourself.

If you then ponder this and treat others with as much concern as you show for yourself, you will succeed.

Your coworkers and boss will adore you.

It's pretty easy not to be a jerk. If it seems to be a little difficult, then maybe you are just a jerk. Most jerks where I work get sidelined somehow. When people talk listen to them, if you are a decision maker explain the rationale for the decision but consult experts and the staff who will be impacted by the decision and then make it known that the decision has been made.

If you dont make decisions try to give your feedback in a polite manner. If yoir boss a jerk keep your head down and find another job.

Babies can make really irritating sounds. And sometimes they wake up and yell like the world is ending, but they are actually still just tired and really should just go back to sleep. But they just keep yelling until you go tend to them. Then they fall back asleep. Like they should have just done on their own.

Calculating the FMV of commercial property is an experiment fraught with peril. It can easily be used to finesse the numbers by depreciating more than customary; or exaggerating the value of the property to increase the assets of the corporation. Tread carefully.

Wow, a phone plan for fifteen bucks!
