Cut Cable
« on: December 05, 2012, 02:20:22 PM »
I have been considering cutting cable, but the BIG thing that is holding me back is that I love to watch sports, particularly the NFL. Any suggestions?

You can also build your own htpc, or buy one, to make it easier to watch on a TV.  The cost of it will be recouped by saving on your cable bill in no time.

Same question asked this week:

I installed a $100 antenna on my roof then cut the cable. Every Sunday I get four or five NFL games in uncompressed HD for free, plus the playoffs and Super Bowl.
