I've read the Wiki and other explanations of what churning is. I understand how to earn the bonus points. I'm mainly interested in churning for international airfare benefits. How does one then go about "buying" a ticket with a bunch of bonus points from several different cards? Hypothetically, if I had a total of around 200K points from 4 different cards, how would I buy a round-trip plane ticket with that? I haven't seen any explanation of that.

Depends who the points are with\, and who their partners are.

For example, if you have Amex MR points and Chase UR points, you can transfer the miles from each program into your Singapore FF account, and then book the flights from there. Just choose "book with miles" or whatever the specific language is. Different cards have different partners though, so you can't just combine points from multiple cards into any FF program you want.
