home inspection revealed there is only 1 sill plate for our intended cottage,
the cottage is on piers
the question is: is adding another sill plate to a 20' x 24' cottage doable?
Is it worth getting the seller to lower the price and having us repair?
the location is great, that's why we are not dropping it yet...
