Churners: Credit card with points you can use on airbnb?

I have some more medical bills coming up so would like to use them to get a credit card bonus. I'm much more into regional car travel than flying anywhere so don't have a lot of use for airline points. I've looked on Doctor of Credit by I get overwhelmed by the firehose of information. Do you know of a card that gives points you can use on airbnb?

The Chase Sapphire "pay yourself back" feature currently allows you to redeem your points for 1.5¢ apiece toward recent Airbnb purchases. This option is currently set to expire at the end of March, but they've extended dates for various pay yourself back categories in the past so it's hard to say when it will end for sure.

Just to note I believe you need the Chase Sapphire Reserve ($550 annual fee) to get 1.5c per point. The Sapphire Preffered ($95 fee) gets 1.25c per point.

Capital one venture. Use for your bills to get the bonus, then use to pay for the air bnb. It should code as travel and you can erase the purchase.
