I lease the EV. But I guess it is pretty much the same chassis. I wouldn't purchase it. The build is way too unstable.

I tested one of them while I was looking for a car... I too would pass unless you ONLY do city driving. The thing feels like it is going to fall apart at highway speeds and just generally feels very unstable. Puttering around town (and parking!) is fine.

I'd personally move up to the Sonic if I had to buy a small Chevy. I had a Sonic as a rental and had no issues with it - I was actually pleasantly surprised by it.

This made me laugh----okay, thanks for the advice.  Will pass on thinking about purchasing and head straight for a reliable Corolla.
