I switched to Page Plus with my cell phones from Verizon. One works perfectly. the other (identical phone) won't work on voice calls, only texts. Crazy, right? Multiple calls to Page Plus, 3 in person visits to 2 page plus sellers, and I got ... Nothing. So, considering what the cheapest option is if I have to buy a phone. Don't care about the kind of phone - just like the kind that makes calls.
Right now I am using Textnow app on my new iPad2. I know you can also make phone calls on it - does it need any adaptor or microphone or anything? Yes, seriously tech illiterate over here. Does anyone have suggestions on better apps to place calls with?
