How do you diagnose this problem? My nephew has a lumia 640 with walmart unlimited text and talk. HOwever the "no service" flashes on and off every 6 seconds. When he transfer the sim card to lumia 520 the service stays on the whole time. When he puts my tmobile sim card service to his lumia 640 the service stays on the whole time. How can he fix this issue?
