Just for fun ^^
What would you advise this gentleman? Besides being more of a gentleman.

He probably needs a few index funds. He has a diversified portfolio although some of it could collapse due to it being dependent on the goodwill associated with his name.

It looks like he needs to sit down with an accountant and work out his actual net worth, income and debt. It is really troubling that with such debt levels he doesn't have figures better than "over $50million" for several of his debts. He also needs serious work on identifying his income.

According the article, it says that the form he filled out uses wide ranges. Sounds like the top one was "over $50M" so he couldn't get more specific than that.

These are also just what he claims to have. I would not be surprised if he were actually just a multi-hundred millionaire. He's well known for constantly inflating his supposed wealth. And for going through bankruptcy. He probably does have a good income from all the stuff that's branded "Trump" but that he doesn't have any operational oversight with. He's a marketer for his own brand.

That he's not as great at making money as he thinks he is.

If he invested the MMM way he'd be worth twice as much without the bankruptcies.
