We moved about five months ago. The horrible moving company lost a dining chair, damaged our mattress and broke our TV. They refuse to compensate us for the TV, saying they didn't pack the TV, which is not true. We filed a claim through the mover's insurance company and they are willing to give us $72. I haven't accepted that payment yet. I tried to dispute the credit card charges but Amex says we have to go through the claims process. What can I do at this point?
