Agreed with the above advice.
Unfortunately for you, $200 will buy you a very comprehensive set of mid-tier tools that covers at least 95% of what you've got there, plus the knowledge that all the right sizes are included.
Heck, I could walk into a hardware store and buy a few sets of box wrenches, a basic socket set, and some misc accessories for less than $200 and have at least 80% of what I'd need to do most jobs.
You might come out slightly ahead selling 'lots' of that collection - try and bundle 5-8 wrenches (common size, all imperial or metric and not a mix), as complete a set of sockets, a set of extensions, etc. for $5-10 a pop.
