A 2006 Jeep TJ Sport with 132,000 kms for a 2008 Toyota Prius with 105,000 kms. Both in great shape.
Even trade, what say you?

You need to appraise both from multiple sources (Edmunds.com or similar) to see if they're valued the same in your area.
I don't know much about the longevity of hybrids (battery life) but I've seen plenty of Prius and Camry taxi cabs with well over 200k miles on them, FWIW.

Jeep TJs hold their value. I would bet the Jeep would sell for thousands more than the Prius.
Options in each vehicle matter a lot as well.
I see you're using kms, so I assume you are in Canada. Not many people here want a Prius and used Jeeps are expensive.
