I'm going to get my car detailed for the first time.
It's 10 yrs old. I do most all maintenance. It looks almost new on the outside but the inside doesn't.
How is this done? I don't have a SO or friend near me to give me a ride from or back to the detail shop.
Uber?

I suppose the Mustachian thing to do would be to get out a toothbrush and do it yourself.
If that's not up your alley, there are many mobile-detailing companies that will come to you. As long as you have a place for them to work and a water supply.

I went to a local forum on www.s2ki.com (back when I had an S2000) and found a guy who did detailing as a side job.
He came to our house to detail my wife's Honda CR-V. He charged $125, and spent a good eight hours working on the car. It was almost six years old at the time, and black, so it was a lot of work. It looked like a new car when he was done.

For some reason, this struck me as incredibly funny.
