Capital One Savor cash back multiple times?

I signed up for the Capital One Savor in November 2018 and closed it in October of 2019.

Will I get the current $300 bonus again and if so when should I wait to apply again for the card?

It depends on the terms and conditions. Citi, for example, often has a 24 month exclusionary period from the opening and closing of the account.
