Title: Canadian credit card(s) with big rewards for big initial spend?

I'll be spending quite a bit on plane tickets in the next 4-6 months, and I would like to max my benefits by applying for one or two (Canadian) credit cards that reward you well for a big spend in the first few months. Ideally ones with no or small sign-up fees.

Does anyone here have experience or advice for me?

Details: I currently earn enough to qualify for most fancy cards, my credit score is high, I will be spending over $10K, and I prefer cash back but would be fine with big travel rewards.
