This is not going to help you much considering you're not going to find the same sized homes, number of people, regional pricing/cost of living,in a multi family (apartment/condo), type of insulation, weather conditions...

You should post your details like:

Single adult, 550 sq ft apartment, NW Ohio, average temp winter: XX /summer: XX
Gas furnace, left set to 65˚F during cold months, billing average: XXX
Electric A/C, left set to 78˚ during hot months: billing average: XXX

Shower every day, use dishwasher 2X weekly, in apartment washer/dryer. 2 loads weekly

If you give details on your own bills, and make sure you give the details on sizing/usage/temps and other factors, then anyone with similar details can tell you their averages and whether yours are in line with theirs.

Your utility company probably also has similar information about how your usage compares to their other customers. Not always the most useful, but is a starting point.
