Title: Can a Sam's Club Gift Card be used at Walmart?
Post by: jnw on March 24, 2023, 10:25:36 PM
I've heard that one can use a Walmart gift card at Sam's Club, I am wondering if the converse is true?  Do Sam's Club gift cards work at Walmart?

The reason I ask is, I was just approved for a Discover It Cash Back Credit card and want to make good use of the 5% rotating categories.  I believe in April it's 5% cash back -- 10% cash back the first year -- at wholesale clubs like Sam's.   If that is the case, then I can buy a Sam's Club gift card at the end of June to use either at Walmart or Sam's Club for the entire July-September quarter.  Then later in the year I can perhaps use Walmart.com to get 5% (10%) cash back on a Sam's club card to use at either Sams/Walmart during the period of Jan-Mar 2024.

Thanks, I re-did the google search and it's plain as day both gift cards work at both stores.  I must of typed in something wrong with my initial search -- also I used duckduck go instead of google maybe that was it.
